I use this as both a cleanser and mask. My dry skin can't enough of it. I use it most often as a moisture mask after more purifying clay masks. The smell is amazing and it leaves my skin feeling hydrated. It's spendy but a little really goes a long way with this one.

I really like to mix the Honey Mud with my Evan Healy Lemongrass Facial Polish. It makes my skin very smooth and moisturizes while I exfoliate. I also like to mix it in with different masks as a moisturizing agent, and have also used it with the Problem Solver mask too. The product does not do much as a cleanser or mask by itself, especially compared to Precious Skin Elixirs Sterling Honey Polish. It is thicker in consistency compared to the Sterling Honey Polish as well. I am not crazy about the smell as it lingers after use, and smells more like imitation chocolate and orange. I hate that it is $90.00, and that May Lindstrom products are never on sale. I am on the fence about repurchasing this product. However, the Honey Mud lasted several months (I only use 1 - 2 times per week), it has not caused me any irritation or breakouts, and it works so well when I exfoliate.

The best part about this product is the smell. I received one of the first batches of this product with the new cocoa ingredient, and I love the aromatherapy element. I sometimes put this on just to smell, or open the jar for a hint. Other than that, it is nice on the skin. My skin feels plump after I leave it on during a longer shower. This is so luxurious.

This mask is luxurious and worth the money for a spa like treatment. Leaves your skin feeling soft, hydrated and nourished. The one thing is that the formula changed slightly, and the scent is much more subtle. I preferred the scent before. Used to be a stronger scent of honey and chocolate.
